The focus is on plant replacement and infrastructure projects for end users and PQSs (excluding data centres), with project values ranging from £5,000 to £1.5 million (M&E). While you will have support from the wider team, this is not a leadership position—rather, it's an opportunity to take ownership of estimating within an established contracting business.

  3. Procurement
  4. Subcontractor and labour management
  5. Cost control
  6. Progress reporting
  7. Health and safety compliance
  8. Project and programme implementation
  9. Design and drawing comprehension
  10. Technical and progress meetings
  11. Site inspections
  12. Snagging
  13. Compilation of O&M manuals

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services installations, preferably in the commercial sector.

This company offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 + travel, along with a negotiable package.
