Mechanical Project Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 + Allowance + Benefits

Overview: Mechanical Project Manager to fast track to Operations Manager, an exciting role to step up and lead the operational side of the business for a reputable well-established family-run building services specialist. They are proud of their strong and reputable business with repeat business across the education and commercial sectors locally.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Full support and project management on HVAC installation projects
2. Programming of works, updating reports where required
3. Build solid communication channels
4. Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
5. Contribute to the progress of the project
6. Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
7. Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
8. Taking control cradle to grave
9. Ability to estimate
10. Design input
11. Commercial acumen

Note: This is a new role/appointment to bolster the team as well as offering a secure future healthy order book. Working for an SME differs from larger contractors, and we seek someone who wants to work and be a bigger fish in a smaller pond.
