Location: Surrey, with projects around London, Sussex, and Surrey

Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an established Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record in CAT A and CAT B fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) systems and the expertise to successfully deliver chilled water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion.
2. Oversee CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Manage LTHW and chilled water systems, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
4. Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
5. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience in mechanical project management, specifically in CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.
2. Strong understanding and experience with LTHW and chilled water systems.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
