The company is a well-established Mechanical Building Services contractor operating across sectors such as Commercial, Private Healthcare, and Laboratories. With projects typically valued between £100k and £2m, they deliver end-to-end Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Oversee project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Relevant certifications in HVAC or project management.
