A well-established mechanical contractor, with 15 years of success in the industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in CAT A & B commercial office fit-outs, this contractor delivers high-quality projects, with an average value of £500,000.

The Role:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing HVAC installations, including ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems, across commercial office fit-out projects. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing multiple mechanical projects, primarily in commercial office fit-outs
2. Overseeing HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
3. Managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
4. Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
5. Ensuring all health & safety standards are met

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the commercial fit-out sector
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, and heating
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience

Salary: Circa £65,000 + benefits
