Position: Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Location: Covering a portfolio in the City of London

Salary: Up to £50,000

About the Role:

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Facilities Maintenance company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments.

This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
2. Plumbing PPMs & repairs
3. Pumps & Motors
4. Heat Pumps & valve replacements
5. Technical mechanical knowledge - AHUs, FCUs, Hydraulics etc.
6. Client facing skills to communicate with the client

Package & Benefits:

1. Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000
2. Van & Fuel Card provided
3. Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
4. Callout required
5. Overtime Available
6. 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)

Requirements:

1. Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
2. 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
3. Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
4. Proven track record in commercial environments
5. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
