Job description

Mechanical / HVAC Building Services Engineer required to cover a large site in Hammersmith, to £46k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading Technical services provider who specializes in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Static Mechanical / HVAC Plumbing Engineer to cover a large clinical research campus in Hammersmith / White City.

Role

1. Planned Maintenance on Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
2. Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports.
3. AHU's, FCU's
4. HIU's
5. Tap / Temp checks
6. Compliance checks on HVAC plant
7. Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
8. Changing belts / pumps / Compressors etc.
9. Changing / cleaning filters

Location

Ideally located in West London to cover a large clinical research campus in Hammersmith / White City.

Experience Required

1. Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing - Building services maintenance background.
2. Good plumbing and Building Services Maintenance knowledge.
3. Understanding of Mechanical / HVAC PPM's, plant maintenance in a commercial environment (Not domestic or install).
4. Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client-facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.

Salary / Benefits

1. Competitive salary to £45k+ based on a 38hr working week.
2. Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
