Mechanical Fitter

Salary: £27,000 - £30,500

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Fitter to join a UK known manufacturing company in the Stroud area! With no day ever being the same, the Mechanical Fitter role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic components
2. Sub assembly production fitting and final assembly
3. Welding and fabrication experience
4. Observe the company's Health & Safety policy and procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Solid engineering background
2. Circuitry knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrics
3. Experience working from engineers drawings
4. Knowledge of basic electrical assembly
