£41,000-£45,000 + 4 day week option + Monday-Friday + Progression + Overtime + Company Benefits

Are you a Mechanical Fitter or similar from an Industrial / Rail background, looking for an exciting and varied Monday-Friday role within a well-established, specialist Engineering company offering the opportunity to compress your hours into a 4 day week and to increase your earnings through regular overtime?

This company is a leading provider of bespoke Engineering solutions to the rail industry. They have been operating for 20+ years and have seen continual growth to the point they have over 30 members of staff. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking to develop their friendly team.

In this varied role, you will be part of a tight-knit team responsible for stripping rail carriages back to basic component level so that they can be fitted for bespoke projects. You will carry out varied mechanical work both on the internal and external of the carriages, as well as liaising with other departments and senior leadership as you work Monday-Friday with options to compress your hours across 4 days.

This exciting role would suit a Mechanical Fitter from a Rail / Industrial background looking for a varied position within a well-established company offering the chance to work on bespoke projects and to increase your earnings through overtime.

The Role:

1. Carry out mechanical works for bespoke rail projects
2. Undercarriage, external and internal work
3. 4 day week options
4. Overtime readily available 1.5x

1. Mechanical Fitter / Engineer or similar
2. Industrial / Rail background
3. Commutable to Hamilton
