Mechanical Fitter/ CNC Engineer

£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Workshop based with some travel + Progression + Overtime + Pension + Holiday

Commutable from Lymington, Southampton, Bournemouth, Ferndown, Fordingbridge, Verwood, Christchurch and surrounding areas.

Are you a Mechanical Fitter, Service Engineer, Machine Tool Fitter or similar looking to join a growing business who will invest in your full industry training to develop you into the machine tool industry? This role offers a varied position with good earnings, potential overtime, and opportunities to progress your career in the future.

On offer is the chance to join a close-knit family business who are offering a role split between workshop and field working on a wide variety of machinery, with full industry training to thrive in the role and the ability to maximise your earnings with additional overtime if desired.

This company specialises in providing machinery and machine tools to a wide range of clients across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an engineer to work in their workshop with occasional travel to join their team.

The Role:

  1. Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 17:00pm (15:00pm finish on Friday)
  2. Workshop (75%) and field based (25%) - occasional stays away
  3. Maintenance and servicing of machine tools

The Person:
  1. Mechanical experience (electrical beneficial too)
  2. Machine Tool/ CNC Experience beneficial but not required
  3. Full UK Driver's license
