OTE Up to £46,500 including Overtime and Monthly Paid Bonus

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter within the machine manufacturing industry? If yes, read on.

We're recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Fitter to join a high-performing team in precision engineering.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, who's ready to grow and take on more responsibility.

The Role - Mechanical Machine Fitter:

1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings
2. Performing basic machine alignments
3. Working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
4. Machine building and assembly tasks
5. Day Shifts, Early Finish Friday

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Machine Tool Fitter:

1. Experience in mechanical assembly and fitting
2. Ability to follow technical plans and ensure high-quality results
3. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
4. Willingness to learn and develop further technical skills
5. Motivated and excellent team player
6. Able to commute to the LE8 area

The Package - Mechanical Fitter:

1. Basic salary up to £33k per annum with OTE up to £46,500, depending on overtime completed and machines built each month
2. Bonuses paid monthly
3. Overtime available daily
4. Free onsite parking
5. 33 Days Holiday
6. Pension
