An established industry player is seeking skilled mechanical fitters for a temporary contract role in the Bolton/Bury area. This exciting position involves working away from home, with paid accommodation and daily allowances for food and drinks. Candidates will undergo a week's training before starting the contract, ensuring they are fully prepared for the responsibilities ahead. The role requires teamwork and hands-on mechanical skills, as fitters will be tasked with removing bakery equipment from various supermarkets across the UK. Paid accommodation

£20 per day for food/drinks

Weekends off

Must hold a UK driving licence and have hands-on mechanical experience.
CSCS card is preferable for candidates.

Traveling across the country to remove onsite bakery equipment.
Working within small teams using various hand tools.

I am currently recruiting for several skilled/semi-skilled mechanical fitters for my client located within the Bolton/Bury area on a temporary contract basis.

Please note that this role is a contract position and does involve working away from home Monday to Thursday. A full UK driving licence is required. Working away covers the whole of the UK.

You will be required to complete 1 week's full training at my client's head office located in Bury before being allowed on site.

Working Hours

39 hours per week + Paid door to door
Accommodation is paid for, as well as £20 per day towards drinks/food
Weekends off!

Pay

PAYE £15 - Can pay CIS/Umbrella
Overtime at time and a half

To be considered for the role:

You must hold a UK driving licence
CSCS card is preferable
Must have hands-on mechanical/hand tool experience
Must be able to complete the full contract due to the training before starting the contract.

The Role

Working within small teams to travel across the country to a variety of different supermarkets to remove onsite bakery equipment.
Using a variety of hand tools
