Calling all Mechanical Fitters!
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in mechanical design and development? We're seeking a talented individual to join our client's dynamic team in Shipley!

Salary & Benefits
  1. £37,440 per annum
  2. 40 hours per week
  3. Mon- Thu 7am - 4pm & Fri 8am - 1:30pm
  4. 33 days holiday
  5. Pension 3% Employer
  6. Overtime at enhanced rate Sat time and one half/Sundays double time / Bank holidays double time and day back

The Role
  1. Working from drawings
  2. Using a variety of hand/air & power tools
  3. Mechanical fitting as per drawings/instructions
  4. Working to specific timescales
  5. Fitting a variety of equipment including guards, switches, hoses & pumps
  6. Working with pneumatic & hydraulics
  7. Use of manual machines
The Candidate
  1. Hold NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent
  2. Previous mechanical fitting experience
  3. Ability to work from drawings
  4. Confident in working on pneumatic & hydraulics
  5. Confident in using a variety of hand tools
  6. Strong Mechanical engineering background
