Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is recruiting a Mechanical Field Service Engineer/Fitter for one of our clients covering the South West patch.

The Company:

The Company provides advanced solutions and cutting-edge equipment designed for water and wastewater treatment in municipal and industrial applications.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance from Chippenham. Whilst this is a Field Service role, there will rarely be stay away involved and you are paid door to door.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

1. Carry out site visits to undertake inspections
2. Carry out site visits to undertake mechanical service/ fitting work
3. Ensure that respective site work is carried out to a satisfactory standard and that all issues arising during the site work are dealt with immediately and in a professional manner
4. You will manage the relationship with the client on site
5. You will create site reports on completion of site work

About you:

1. A full clean driving licence able to drive manual vehicles and a willingness to travel
2. Hold relevant mechanical fitting / engineering qualifications
3. Experience within a field-based role, or an aptitude to do so
4. Commutable to Chippenham
5. Medium-Heavy industry experience
6. Welding experience is preferred but not essential

Package:

1. £35,000 (OTE circa £40,000)
2. Excellent overtime rates
3. Company van (can be used for personal use within reason)
4. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm, paid door to door
5. Private health care
6. Death in Service
7. Company bonus
8. 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service
