Job summary

An established industry player is seeking an Engineering Manager with a mechanical bias to lead their team in a large environment. This role involves overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the industry, a recognized qualification in Building Services, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years in the industry with mechanical bias and knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Experience in overseeing PPMs and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Manage insurance inspections and contractor controls.

Job description

My client now has a new opportunity for an Engineering Manager (Mechanical Biased) to join their team. This is a large environment and the ideal candidate will have a recognised course leading to a qualification in "Building Services" or have worked in the industry for 5+ years. Mechanically Biased with knowledge of Steam/Pressure Systems Regulations/Water/Boiler House Maintenance etc. The main responsibilities with this role will be overseeing PPMs and Reactive maintenance, ensuring KPIs / SLAs are hit, Insurance Inspections, contractor control and asset lifecycle plans.
