Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer seeking a stable and rewarding opportunity? We are hiring for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team, maintaining an 8-storey commercial office building in central London.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday – Early (7am–4pm) and Late (10am–7pm) on rotation
- On Call: 1 in 3 rota
- Minimum 4 hours paid at time and a half for call-outs
- Overtime: Available
Your Responsibilities:
- Focus on landlord areas only within the building.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handle reactive tasks.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team, including an onsite Engineering Manager and dedicated Admin.
