- Position: Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing)
- Location: North East
- Salary: GBP23 per hour PAYE
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week: shift dependant
- Potential: On-call and overtime
- Contract: work
- Perform reactive maintenance on plumbing, mechanical systems, HVAC units, and building fabric.
- Carry out PPM tasks according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC units.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
- Coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency maintenance support, with a standby pay.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all tasks performed.
