The Role:

Machining & welding (milling, lathe, basic welding)
Diagnosing & repairing faults across pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and small gearboxes
Reacting to mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime
Planning & executing routine maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
Keeping accurate records of maintenance work & fault diagnosis
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

What You Need:

Time-served mechanical apprenticeship (essential)
HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
Hands-on experience with machining, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes
Experience responding to breakdowns & completing fault diagnosis
Self-motivated with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Packaging Experience
