Mechanical Engineer

We have a new vacancy for a Mechanical Engineer to join a well-known FM provider. You will be responsible for the maintenance of all mechanical systems.

About the role of Mechanical Engineer:

Your role will be to run the day-to-day maintenance of the mechanical parts/systems on site. The site is a commercial office space. You will work in a small team of 1 other engineer and then soft services team members.

Responsibilities for the role of Mechanical Engineer:

• Lots of PPMs for this site
• Reactive breakdowns
• Key systems that require maintenance are AHUs, FCUs, and Chillers
• BMS work

Experience Required for the role of Mechanical Engineer:

• City & Guilds Mechanical Engineer Level 3
