MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Mechanical Engineer. This is a perm role based in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns and line change-overs
2. Participation in the delivery of the Engineering department vision and strategic plan
3. Maintain production OEE to hit site KPI targets
4. Identify and action opportunities for improvements within the engineering environment
5. Adherence and the support of factory wide systems for the adherence to company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environment
6. Work in partnership with the relevant parties to aid in the planning and support of all capital engineering projects
7. Pro-active team player who can build effective credibility quickly within peer group

What are we looking for?

1. Educated to HNC level or equivalent essential
2. Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical preferred
3. Experience with TPM, PPM and Continuous Improvement desirable
