Mechanical Maintenance Engineers Wanted – Leicestershire

Looking for a steady, well-paid role with no weekend work? We’re hiring Mechanical Maintenance Engineers across Leicestershire to work on commercial office buildings.

£22 per hour

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The Job:

You’ll be carrying out mechanical maintenance in offices, ensuring systems are running smoothly and safely. This includes:

1. Planned maintenance – Servicing HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns.
2. Reactive repairs – Fixing issues as they arise to keep workplaces functional.
3. Heating & ventilation maintenance – Working on boilers, air conditioning, and ductwork.
4. General plumbing work – Repairing leaks, pipework, and drainage systems.
5. Pump & motor servicing – Ensuring mechanical systems operate efficiently.

What You Need:

1. Level 3 Mechanical Qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
2. Experience in commercial maintenance (office environments a bonus!)
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a good work ethic
