We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Contract Manager to join our client covering sites across the UK.

£55,000 to £60,000
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4pm

We are looking for a site based Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contract Manager. Most of the onsite work will be in London and Scotland. This successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring M&E projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What will the Mechanical and Electrical Contract Manager be doing?

• Manage and supervise the installation and commissioning of M&E systems on-site
• Coordinate daily site operations
• Ensure projects are running smoothly
• Monitor the quality and safety of work, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and manage project documentation

What we are looking for in the Mechanical and Electrical Contract Manager?

• Relevant qualifications in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years M&E site management
• Strong knowledge of site management processes, regulations and standards
