Job Title: Mechanical Designer
At Cavendish Nuclear we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Mechanical Designer at our Torness Power Station site.
The Role
As a Mechanical Designer, you’ll provide support to EDF to enhance the lifetime of the power station and represent Cavendish Nuclear.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide office support within the station drawing office, including creating and amending station drawings as per engineer requirements. This role is part of the Cavendish Nuclear site team at Torness Power Station, working for the Site Manager, albeit embedded within the client (EDF) organization where the individual will report day-to-day to the client.
This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, and is based on-site at Torness Power Station, East Lothian.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance for this role.
