Mechanical Design Engineer required for a well–established valve manufacturer based in the Brighouse area, who due to rapid success are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.

Mechanical Design Engineer Job Overview

• Producing conceptual and engineering drawings for new product ranges
• Producing design improvements to existing product lines
• Liaise with the manufacturing teams to provide support and advice on manufacture and testing
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers

Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within a Mechanical Design role
• Based in a commutable distance of Brighouse
• Proficient with the use of Solidworks and AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of FEA & CFD
• Knowledge within the valve industry

Mechanical Design Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary 35,000 – 45,000 depending on experience
• Holiday allowance & pension
• Monday to Friday, full–time. Permanent position.
