Mechanical Design Engineer required for a well-established valve manufacturer based in the Brighouse area, who due to rapid success are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.

Mechanical Design Engineer Job Overview

1. Producing conceptual and engineering drawings for new product ranges
2. Producing design improvements to existing product lines
3. Liaise with the manufacturing teams to provide support and advice on manufacture and testing
4. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers

Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience within a Mechanical Design role
2. Based in a commutable distance of Brighouse
3. Proficient with the use of Solidworks and AutoCAD
4. Good knowledge of FEA & CFD
5. Knowledge within the valve industry

Mechanical Design Engineer Salary & Benefits

Starting salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Holiday allowance & pension
Monday to Friday, full-time. Permanent position.
