Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing background? On offer is a dynamic role where you will work on cutting-edge projects within a market-leading company who pride themselves on progression from within.

This market-leading company manufactures and provides a range of specialist industrial equipment to a broad client base across numerous sectors, including Hospitals, Energy, and Oil and Gas. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking for an individual to head up their friendly design team.

In this autonomous role, you will work within a team of 5 Engineers as you undertake hands-on design work on Solidworks and project support as you liaise with production, clients, and members of the senior leadership team.

This specialist role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar looking to join a tight-knit team within a market-leading company who provide the chance to be the go-to specialist on cutting-edge projects and to further your career.

The Role:

1. Involved in the design process from start to finish to ensure products are manufactured effectively
2. Work within a team of 5 engineers
3. Carry out hands-on design work
4. Liaise with the production team, senior leadership, and clients

The Person:

1. Mechanical Design Engineer or similar
2. Manufacturing background
3. Proficient in Solidworks
