Your new role

1. Preparation of designs, calculations, specifications and tender documentation for Mechanical services as part of a project team
2. Understanding of regulations and standards and keeping up to date with future changes
3. Coordination with other disciplines and specialists
4. Promote the company to the best ability at all times
5. Undertake feasibility studies
6. Preparation of detailed budget costs and defined estimates if required

What you'll need to succeed

1. Experience of Mechanical building services design
2. Hands on knowledge of AutoCAD, Amtech and / or Hevacomp
3. Design consultant or contractor background

What you'll get in return
£30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience. 25 days annual leave and bank holidays.
