This is a great opportunity for an experienced design engineer looking to move into man management. You would be joining an industry-leading company and get to work on a variety of interesting projects, using Inventor primarily.

The Role:

1. Will be using AutoCAD and Inventor in this role.
2. Looking after 1 junior designer.
3. Designing a range of balers.
4. Modernising existing designs and NPI.
5. Collaborate across departments, servicing, production and admin to help meet performance and cost targets.
6. Conduct performance reviews.
7. Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously.
8. Produce material lists and project costings, working closely with the purchasing department.

The Candidate:

1. 3+ years experience in Design engineering - Using Inventor or Solidworks.
2. Looking to move into Man Management.
3. Experience within the Waste/Recycling/Heavy Engineering sectors would be a distinct advantage.
