What you will be doing
As a Performance Analyst within the Mechanical Control Units Design team, you will be part of a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the design, development, and lifecycle support of aero-engine fuel system components.
You will play a key role in translating functional requirements into analytical models to represent and derive the design characteristics of fuel pump elements or means of fuel flow and pressure control. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technologies in gas turbine design, and to help shape the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Rolls-Royce products globally.

Degree in Physics, Maths, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline. Advantage to have knowledge of fluid mechanics, engineering mechanics, aerospace fuel pumps and fuel control systems. Good knowledge of numerical analysis techniques.
Programming methods - object-oriented an advantage. Advantage to have experience of any of the following: Programming (s) MATLAB, Ansys Mechanical, Mathcad Prime. Ability to work effectively in a technically challenging and interdisciplinary environment, with a solution-oriented mindset. We are an equal opportunities employer.
