Job description

Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager seeking a role where your expertise is valued, your contributions recognised, and your career progression supported? If so, we invite you to join our highly regarded, employee-owned firm, where excellence in building services is at the core of what we do.


Managing mechanical projects ranging from £100,000 to £5 million, you will take full ownership from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Reviewing contract documents
  2. Preparing health and safety documentation
  3. Overseeing works programmes
  4. Managing client relationships
  5. Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

A solid grasp of contract law and financial administration will be essential as you handle reports, variations, and commercial submissions.


We are looking for a professional with:

  1. At least 10 years' industry experience
  2. A HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering
  3. A proven track record of successfully delivering projects of this scale
  4. A valid CSCS Card (Black preferred)
  5. A clean driving licence
  6. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Project, Excel, and Word
  7. Experience in estimation software (advantageous)

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 to £80,000, complemented by performance-related bonuses and profit-sharing as part of our employee ownership model. Additional benefits include:
