We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join one of the largest and most reputable Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors in the UK, based in Oxford. This exciting role will involve managing a commercial scheme starting in April, offering the chance to work alongside Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty on prestigious residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all mechanical construction activities on-site for the duration of the project.
  2. Manage the mechanical installation teams and ensure the project is executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all mechanical aspects of the project, liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  4. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of mechanical works and resolve any technical or operational issues.
  6. Coordinate with other construction disciplines to ensure the smooth running of the project.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to the mechanical teams on-site, ensuring high performance and safety.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in residential and commercial mechanical projects.
