Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirements.
  2. Prepare Project ITR portfolio document.
  3. Prepare Project MC & Commissioning Handover Management document.
  4. Prepare ITR assignment matrix.
  5. Prepare company development work methodology / procedures.
  6. Attend Supplier KOM to roll out MC requirements.
  7. Prepare major vendor packages / semi-modules ITR process concept (ITRs at vendor works).
  8. Review & populate tags and ITR assignment in Completion Management System, validate system ITR & certificate assignments.
  9. Prepare and timely issue ITRs to execution team.
  10. Provide CMS training & completions rollout to project team and subcontractors.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Review project management of changes and update database accordingly.
  2. Prepare weekly MC & Punch list reports from CMS and support construction meetings.
  3. Oversee day-to-day ITR & Punch list update in CMS and support site team as required.
  4. Coordinate Supplier FAT phase punch items for successful completion.
  5. Coordinate preparation of Punch walkdown packs at various gateways & initiate Certificate Sign off.
  6. Prepare lessons learnt & share the information with all members.
  7. Prepare Project Mechanical and Commissioning Handover Dossiers.

Communication:

  1. Communicate with construction teams, QAQC personnel, package engineers, and commissioning engineers for the completion of ITRs as per commissioning priorities.
  2. Provide lessons learnt / improvement opportunities based on project experience.
  3. Incorporate best practices / improvement opportunities as received from past project experience.

Technical Competencies:

  1. Knowledge in AutoCAD, Blue Beam, PDF writer.
  2. PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, project management (MS project/P6), software & database systems related to system completion.
  3. Track record in FPSO systems site commissioning execution.
  4. Strong working knowledge of marine and topsides commissioning.
  5. Ability to define concepts of completion process.
  6. Ability to problem solve with or without the guidance of senior leadership.
  7. Basic understanding of commissioning management, project management, commissioning methodology principles, quality assurance, and HSSE requirements.
  8. Experience of both marine & topsides systems and EPCIC to handover to operations.
  9. Proven project experience and skills within the field of testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning execution, and startup at offshore.
  10. Experience in offshore plant startup and stabilization and able to provide operations with technical support throughout start-up, stabilization, and performance testing.
  11. Work experience within strict regulatory environments and aligning commissioning independencies with engineering compliance and contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Technical college certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Telecommunications Engineering or Equivalent.
  2. Track record of commissioning at least 2 FPSO projects with marine and topside modules.
  3. Minimum of 4 years work experience in EPC of onshore/offshore oil and gas or FPSO projects.
