Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Calibration and Repair Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the calibration and repair of a wide range of mechanical equipment. This role is important to ensure the precision and reliability of our customers' instruments and machinery, supporting our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Calibration: Perform precise calibration of mechanical instruments and equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  2. Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and components. Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
  3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities. Prepare reports and calibration certificates as required.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all equipment meets required accuracy standards and comply with relevant regulations. Implement and follow quality control procedures.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance calibration and repair processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field. Relevant certifications in calibration and repair are advantageous.
  2. Experience: Experience in mechanical calibration, maintenance, and repair. Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in using calibration tools and software. Understanding of mechanical systems, components, and measurement principles.
  4. Problem-Solving: Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
