The appointment of a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will bring much needed resource to a busy team, providing a range of duties including feasibility studies, technical surveys, outline design and some detailed design project work. Working alongside MEP colleagues and reporting to the section lead, this position will focus on managing multiple projects and ensuring high levels of design work along with accurate HVAC calculations, to ensure live schemes meet expectations.
Applications are invited from energetic, confident, client facing Mechanical Building Services Design Engineers who have gained the necessary experience to hit the ground running. This could have been gained in a traditional M&E Consultancy, M&E Design and Build Contractor, Public Sector Estates Department or End User environment, however a successful track record of hitting deadlines and producing outcomes is essential.
