Your Role as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician

As part of our skilled and motivated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles – To manufacturer and safety standards
2. Diagnosing faults – Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks and recommending repairs
3. Preparing new and used vehicles – Ensuring they are showroom-ready
4. Road testing vehicles – To guarantee the quality of your work
5. Accurate job card completion – Following company and manufacturer guidelines
6. Maintaining tools and equipment – Ensuring everything is safe and operational

What You’ll Need to Succeed

1. Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance – Essential for this role
2. Previous experience in a high-volume dealership or workshop
3. Attention to detail – Producing consistent, high-quality work under time pressure
4. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and standards
5. Ability to follow instructions – Both written and spoken
6. Full UK Driving Licence – Required for road testing vehicles
