An established industry player is seeking a motivated MDT Co-ordinator/Medical Secretary Team Leader to enhance their Diabetes and Endocrinology Secretarial team. The post holder is required to coordinate the Pituitary and Adrenal MDT team, liaise with out of area Trusts, take minutes, and join the meetings. They will also provide comprehensive secretarial support and waiting list management. The post holder will assist medical colleagues in the organisation of the specialty team workload. They will be responsible for the direction of the band 3 Medical Secretaries workload and direct line management of their allocated team, undertaking their professional development reviews (PDR's), Stat & Mand training, sickness management, and day-to-day supervision, ensuring compliance with the Patient Access Policy and Divisional requirements in terms of outpatient/inpatient waiting list management.
