The world-renowned Sarah Cannon Research Institute is a dedicated unit focused on the delivery of early phase oncology clinical trials based on Harley Street. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Research Matron or Senior Clinical Trial Practitioner to join the team to work closely with the Head of Clinical Services and support the delivery of exceptional care while ensuring that research is delivered to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of the clinical research team and must have a background in leadership within clinical trials, chemotherapy, or a drug development setting. The Clinical Research Team at Sarah Cannon is going through a period of significant growth and transition. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to support this transition while maintaining a focus on the successful delivery of research.

We will provide a comprehensive induction program that will support the development of a bespoke personal development plan for the successful candidate.

What you will bring:

  • NMC registration
  • Advanced knowledge and skills relating to the support and management of clinical research teams is essential.
  • Workforce Planning experience
