Maths Teacher / Maths ECT – Hillingdon

As a specialist Secondary school and Sixth Form, we are looking to appoint a passionate and innovative Maths Teacher / Maths ECT.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver an outstanding Mathematics curriculum, ensuring it is well-sequenced, engaging and focused on mastery learning
• Set high expectations for student achievement, ensuring that all students make exceptional progress
• Use data-driven strategies to monitor and evaluate teaching quality, identifying interventions where necessary
• Implement effective assessment strategies, ensuring that students receive timely, high-quality feedback
• Contribute to whole school initiatives and strategic planning
• Inspire and motivate students
• Share a commitment to delivering academic and vocational literacy excellence

Requirements:
• Full time and permanent contract – employed by the school
• Open to teachers with UK QTS or QTLS
• Outer London pay scale MPS / UPS
