About the Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles.
2. Assessing and monitoring student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed to ensure all students are supported.
3. Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for Maths.
4. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching strategies.
5. Participating in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

1. A qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
2. A passion for teaching Maths and a strong understanding of the curriculum.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
4. A commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to contribute to the wider school community.
5. Experience in teaching at key stage or age group, e.g., Key Stage 3 and 4 is desirable but not essential.
