3. Passionate Subject Experts: Tutors with a deep understanding of Maths and the ability to make it engaging and accessible.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience with SEN students preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching Maths.
4. Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
