Maths Graduate, Kendal

Maths Graduate to deliver pre-planned lessons in a mainstream Secondary School in Kendal.

100-150 per day

Are you a recent Maths graduate looking to start your career in a supportive and challenging role? Or a student currently studying?
Do you have a passion for working with young people?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maths Graduate to join a mainstream Secondary School within Kendal.

The role involves working with students who require extra support with their emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.

As a Maths Graduate, you will be working closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and deliver pre-planned lessons, bespoke interventions, and support strategies that meet the individual needs of each student.

The role can be flexible either part-time or full-time, working from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people.

Key Requirements:

  1. A degree in Maths or a related subject
  2. Experience of working with children and young people
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. A positive and resilient attitude
