Mathematics Teacher – Auckland, New Zealand

Start date: April 2024

Prospero Teaching is working alongside a top-performing Independent High school in Auckland who are looking for a Mathematics Teacher for a Term 2, April 2024 start. The school is looking for a personable and engaging teacher who can set out creative lessons that will engage their students. The school is based in the heart of Auckland CBD and is well-resourced with a strong and supportive leadership team in place. The school is happy to consider teachers of all experience levels.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master of Education, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
2. Be eligible to work and teach in New Zealand
3. Received or in the process of applying for a NZQA (New Zealand Qualification Authority)
4. Received or in the process of registering for EC15 (Education Council)
5. Be willing to process a new Certified Criminal Record Check
6. Be able to offer two professional teaching references covering the last two years
