Prospero Teaching is hiring for a popular school located in Hertfordshire that is interested in securing a Math teaching job starting in September 2024. The ideal Math teacher will be qualified and have a degree related to Math. Joining a new school can be daunting, but the department is supportive, passionate, and has great resources. The successful candidate will:

1. Have excellent subject knowledge in Math
2. Have experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment

6. Successfully manage classes and deal with challenging behavior
7. Encourage students to reach their full potential
8. Be patient and have a good sense of humor

Qualifications:

1. Have a Bachelor of Education or equivalent, with good standing
2. You hold the right to work and teach in the UK (UK Passport, Ancestry Visa, Spousal Visa, or Youth Mobility Visa)
3. Be eligible for QTS
4. Have up-to-date Safeguarding training within the last year (Prospero offers accredited CPD training)
5. Successfully undergo RCMP certified criminal record checks
6. Provide at least two professional teaching references covering the last two years
