Maternity Support Worker - Family Liaison

We are recruiting for a Maternity Support Worker who shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
The Maternity Support Worker (MSW) will play a key role in providing education, advocacy, and support to women and birthing people within the borough of Swale.
This role is designed to address the needs of diverse and underserved populations, specifically those with additional vulnerabilities, such as mental health concerns, safeguarding needs, neurodiversity, language barriers, and new arrivals to the UK. The MSW will work alongside midwives and healthcare teams to ensure each individual receives tailored guidance on local health services, care for their baby, and access to public health support.
