A dynamic beverage industry leader that's revolutionizing the beverage market is seeking a Materials Planning Manager. With presence in over 100 countries and territories, this high-growth organisation continues to push boundaries and set new industry standards.

Role Overview: Managing the EMEA raw materials planning operation, you'll play a crucial role in managing supply chain excellence. With significant P&L impact and a substantial procurement portfolio, you'll lead a talented team of planners while optimizing inventory levels and ensuring seamless production capabilities across a rapidly expanding network.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a team of Raw Material planners
• Manage supplier relationships and raw material planning across EMEA
• Drive optimization of inventory levels and service performance
• Own MRP processes and purchase order lifecycle management
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Significant material/supply planning experience
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and strong MRP knowledge
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
• EMEA customs/compliance knowledge beneficial
