Are you an experienced Materials Planner or Buyer looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring the smooth procurement of raw materials and goods while driving supplier performance and process improvements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing purchasing functions, placing and expediting orders to prevent delays.
• Negotiating lead times and resolving supplier issues to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintaining SAP system data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Supporting inventory control, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and process improvements.
• Collaborating across teams to optimise material flow and demand planning.
• Actively monitoring supplier performance using KPIs and regular reviews.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Proven experience in materials management and procurement within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP, MPS, and scheduling techniques.
• CIPS certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
