A highly regarded Partnerships Developer and Contractor urgently require a Materials Buyer.

The role will be to buy materials for ground works packages, housing internals and externals and to maintain and keep running an active and up-to-date materials supplier list.

The company is a long-established JV Partnerships Contractor/Developer and has successfully built a solid business for the last 30 plus years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in materials buying for a contractor or developer and be familiar with maintaining and adding suppliers to the material matrix.
