Are you a Material Controller or similar with a Manufacturing/ Planning background looking for a varied role in the Leisure Vehicle Industry where you will have the opportunity to progress within Bailey and an early finish on a Friday?

Bailey of Bristol, established 75 years, is a family-run company that started out with the sale of a singular caravan at Ashton Gate market. They have since expanded to a head count of over 600 employees across 3 sites in Bristol to become a leading UK organisation who supply award-winning leisure vehicles to clients all over the UK and abroad, manufacturing a range of vehicles from Caravans to Motor Homes and Campervans.

This exciting role will see you replace our previous Material Controller who has recently been promoted. You will mainly be responsible for planning and coordinating scheduling, material and production planning activities in an effective and efficient manner to ensure customers’ orders are achieved on time and in full line with delivery requirements in a tight-knit team of 7. You will be the main point of contact for production orders, schedules, and will have to use MRP systems in line with customer and business requirements.

This role would suit a Material Controller with a Manufacturing/ Planning background that is ready to upskill and apply their skills to a company that is the leading manufacturer of leisure vehicles in the UK.

The Role:

1. Plan and coordinate scheduling, material, production planning activities in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Act as the main point of contact regarding production orders and schedules.
3. Operate and maintain MRP systems.
4. Working hours: Mon – Thurs 07:30am-16:30pm and Friday 07:30am-12:30pm.

The Person:

1. Manufacturing/ Planning Experience.
2. MRP Experience.
3. Commutable to Bristol.
