MATCH is a newly established service designed as a single point of access to streamline access to services. Comprising a diverse team of professionals, MATCH provides clinicians with expert advice and guidance to facilitate appropriate onward referrals.
MATCH is a collaborative partnership between community, ambulance, primary care, and acute services, bringing together a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support patient care closer to home. The service aims to reduce unnecessary ambulance dispatches, emergency department visits, and hospital admissions, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
MATCH is looking for an Administrator to work in the multi-disciplinary team, work with other administrators and health and social care professionals to develop the ethos of multi-disciplinary, integrated care and seamless services ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest possible standard.

As an Administrator in a multi-disciplinary team, work with other administrators and health and social care professionals to develop the ethos of multi-disciplinary, integrated care and seamless services ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest possible standard. As an Administrator working under the general direction of the Senior MATCH Coordinator, undertake a range of administrative duties. Develop and maintain administrative systems, procedures, and records to enable the team to deliver effective health and social care services and to ensure that the office environment is safe, appropriately maintained, and equipped. You will be required to participate in a rota to provide cover initially between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. There is an aspiration that the hub operating hours may extend to working 08:00 to 20:00 to include weekends at some point in the future.
