Master Vehicle Technician - Slough
Monday - Friday 8.00 - 5.30pm, No Saturdays
Salary: £46,000 basic OTE £56,000

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Master Technician in the Slough area. My client is one of the largest and most trusted automotive retailers in the UK. They have a large team working across all areas of the business. The roles vary from dealership to head office.

Master Technician Role:

1. Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostics.
2. You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications.
3. Advising other technicians on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians.
4. You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management.
5. The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.

Master Technician Requirements:

1. Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level 3.
2. MOT licence desirable but not essential.
3. Brand Accreditation
4. Full UK driving licence.
